Love love love! As a child of the 80โ€™s fitness video surge my mother was in the cycle of diets, fads and food supplements. Her body dysmorphia definitely trickled through to her children. Iโ€™ve made a conscious decision to not comment on my daughters body and she never hears me talk in a derogatory way about my own. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Mad thing is I have never considered it from the slim perspective - so really good to realise it works both ways in all our heads. You look gorgeous! X x

Agree 100% with everything youโ€™ve said.

Also sick and tired of being fed crap like โ€˜how to dress for your body typeโ€™....and it always seems to be women doing this/commenting on other womenโ€™s size/appearances. Itโ€™s all so boring x
