Loved this. This reminded me so much of a recent trip to Paris to meet a friend from NY. I had also recently lost my job - felt all the feels this gives you but I also said Fuck it and enjoyed 2 full days with my dearest friend. She gave me energy and light to fight another day! Thanks for sharing. I also love Rome so much. I bought my wedding dress from there when I was visiting with my Mum! So it holds special memories
