It’s so reassuring to hear that an editor like yourself on a magazine as prestigious as Glamour had to deal with grumpy folks like this. I was deputy editor and then editor of one celeb weekly who was always having people grumble at us. I assumed it was because we weren’t a high end title - though they were always happy to take the money! I guess people can be asses to everyone, no matter who you are!
