I loved this ! As you say, a little different from your usual Substack, but still so enjoyable - thank you for taking the time to share! Like you, Jimmy Saville makes my skin crawl, and for that reason, I WON'T be succumbing to pressure and watching the show, but I WILL be watching May December - it sounds great! Maybe you could do one like this once a month? Just a thought - looking forward to your next column regardless of the format! Diana PS Excited to hear Fame is back! And I agree with you, I never liked Jimmy Savile!
As a child I thought he was weird and creepy and ugly and I didn’t like his voice or how he spoke.
Apparently lots of us felt the same, so nice to realise I wasn’t the only one.
But what a horrific way to have it confirmed that we were right all along!
